Project Update

Building demolition works are complete. The service relocation works will continue until June with roadworks expected to commence mid to late-2019.

Community

We have been liaising closely with the local community and stakeholders throughout the project design and this will continue during the delivery stages.

Some private land has been acquired for the project, with the formal land acquisition process nearing completion.
Residents at the boundaries of the project, as well as other relevant local business owners, special interest groups and neighbouring landowners have been directly engaged since mid-2017.

Initial noise assessment for the project is required under Western Australian Planning Commission criteria for major road developments. During construction works, a Noise Management Plan will be developed and implemented to manage construction related noise.
